Victims of Amazon's 'Sell on Amazon' system

 


 

I'm a victim of 'Sell on Amazon's system.

Ask the Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos. Is the Amazon seller your partner or enemy? Why is Amazon treating the seller as an enemy and causing damage to the seller?

 

I'm Daniel Sohn from South Korea. I opened 'Daniel's Korea store' in Amazon.

And I recently uploaded three items through the 'Sell on Amazon' system, and I suffered from severe damage. Today, I will tell you my unfair story.

 

1.Fashion cover mask (ASIN: B088P87VDW)

I was going to sell the fashion cover mask on Amazon. So I bought this product from the supplier and prepared 160 sets of fashion cover masks, which were 6 bundles per set. And while listing the product on Amazon, this product was already sold by another seller under the name SERENITA. But this person was selling this Chinese fashion cover mask as 'K-POP star cover mask'. It's actually not made in Korea, but he was selling like that. I wanted to list my items individually, but because of Amazon's 'Sell on Amazon' system, I had no choice but to 'Sell yours' on SERENITA's existing listing.

My product was on sale, but at some point SERENITA registered its brand and posted the Chinese fashion cover mask with the sticker 'SERENITA' on the fifth photo of the listing. SERENITA then filed a copyright infringement report on me.

As a result, I could no longer sell my fashion cover mask and I can't get it back because of copyright 'infringement'.

This fashion cover mask is not made by SERENITA. SERENITA did not register the brand from the start. That's why I shouldn't be reported as 'infringement' when I registered the same product as 'Sell on Amazon' before the brand registration is completed.

I continuously raised this issue that Amazon has a problem. But AI in the Amazon Performance Team repeatedly asked me to submit 'LOA' and 'Invoice. So I submitted the LOA and Invoice from the supplier, but Amazon kept me in a state of "infringement" reporting.

I repeatedly raised an objection to the Amazon performance team for two months. But Amazon doesn't really investigate this, and it's just letting me submit LOA and Invoice to AI.

I have suffered with a lot of financial damage for two months trying to explain the damage. I am tired of submitting 'LOA' and 'Invoice' repeatedly, so I tried to 'carry' this item through 'inventory disposal'. But you can't return it. The reason for this is that Amazon has locked up my things 'reserved' due to 'infringement' issues, so I can't 'carry' them. Sellers are in pain because of Amazon's bad policy of having them bear all the costs of 'return' processing.

And for a long time, I've been repeating myself, and Amazon is even threatening to block my account. Amazon's current behavior could lead to a situation in which the CEO of Amazon has to go to jail for violating commercial transaction laws, fair trade laws, and criminal law by intimidation.

Does Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos know this? Do you think the seller is a partner or an enemy that shouldn't let you sell?

 

2.Dental Non-Medical Mask (ASIN: B089B3TN68)

I tried to buy and sell products to supply masks to the U.S. in the COVID-19 situation. The non-medical mask was also being sold and registered as 'Sell on Amazon's system. Suddenly, Amazon is blocking everyone who sells it as 'Sell on Amazon' because of its policy on masks, and only Amazon itself is selling it. If it's not possible to sell this mask in the U.S., why does Amazon sell it? Shouldn't Amazon also not sell? This will be a violation of the Exclusive Transaction Act in Korea. I tried to "report" this product through "inventory disposal," but Amazon locked it up as "reserved" so I couldn't get it back. Is Amazon a robbery? There is no answer to Amazon's continuous return request for this part. When I contact Amazon Korea, it says that all authority is to Amazon headquarters and the seller performance team, but I can't help. Amazon Korea doesn't get any reply like a seller. Then what should I do with this item? Amazon should have notified you not to put up the mask from the beginning if you were trying to block it. If I did so, I would never have sold masks to the United States. I lost again and got damaged.

 The brand's copyright infringement report blocked sales and robbed my product of being 'Reserved'.

 

3.Fineline color pen (ASIN: B0823K2SSY)

I registered to sell 'Fineline color pen' using Amazon's 'Sell on Amazon' system. But the seller who first registered this suddenly changed the listing to another product, 'Dish Towels'. I was damaged by this. But Amazon didn't compensate for this, and now it doesn't have access to the listing itself at all of course. In this case, Amazon should have allowed me to re-list. But Amazon has done damage to me, who has done nothing wrong. The fault is that the person who first uploaded the 'Fineline color pen' changed the listing. But why are you letting me not sell the product? I got no reply from Amazon while protesting this. I eventually tried to 'carry' this through 'inventory disposal. But it also made Amazon 'reserved' so I couldn't return it. I want Amazon to consider re-listing my Fineline color pen.

 

Ask again. Does Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos know this? Do you think the seller is a partner or an enemy that shouldn't let you sell?

 

Amazon's 'Sell on Amazon' system is obviously a problem. Also, Amazon's AI answer can be very depressing and causing damage to the seller. If Amazon continues to sit on the sidelines, I will keep many people informed about this issue so that many sellers are no longer harmed. The way to inform will be by posting on social media and reporting on YouTube and the media.
